I love discovering new things in all aspects of life, especially food. However, I seem to always stuff my grocery cart with the same staples - carrots, eggs, almond milk, hummus, whole grain bread, etc.
Given this habit, I wondered, "How could I possibly find and try enough new foods and products to share with you every week?"
Good news my friends - I don't know what I was thinking. Me exit Trader Joe's without new products? What a silly idea. Me leave the yogurt aisle without a new flavor to taste-test? Ludicrous.

Favorite New Yogurt Flavors: Chobani
Chobani Champions Banana Honey Greek Yogurt
At 3.5 ounces per container, these yogurts are a bit smaller than the traditional cups. Chobani created the smaller portions for kids, but I find them perfect for snacks, smoothies and recipes that call for a small amount of yogurt.

Don't make me choose a favorite. Each bar was so good and good-for-you! Now I have to get my hands on all the flavors. Banana Bread is at the top of my list.
Favorite New Anytime Meal: Cinnamon Chocolate Banana Parfait Bowl
I've eaten one of these protein-packed parfaits every single day this week. Not to mention, I've devoured a bowl at all times of the day- breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack.
Combine the following ingredients and stir well to make this parfait for yourself.
- One medium-sized banana, sliced (can also be frozen)
- 1/4 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- One Chobani Champions Banana Honey Greek yogurt container
- One heaping tablespoon Hershey's Cocoa Natural Unsweetened
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Kashi Heart to Heart Warm Cinnamon Oat Cereal
- One to two tablespoons nut butter (I've tried it with peanut butter and almond butter.)
